It’s the first of May today which means we have another opportunity for a fresh start. It also happens to be the first of two full moons this month - how magical is that! Full moons invite us to surrender what is no longer serving us to make space for what we want to call in. What habits or beliefs are you ready to let go of? Today, January 18th, marks the first new moon of 2026. I realize not everyone is familiar with the new moon as it doesn’t offer a stunning visual reminder like that of the full moon. The new moon is stuck in shadow between the Earth and the Sun but its quiet message is profound.
